General conditions
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE
By making any reservation, the guest accepts these general conditions in full.
2. USER
The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3. PREPAYMENT
The system requires a guarantee payment via credit card or bank transfer. The reservation is subject to confirmation and acceptance of payment by the banking institution.
4. RESERVATION
A reservation is considered complete when the guest receives the reservation confirmation email, including its unique reference number.
5. INFORMATION
All information provided by the guest is stored on a secure server. Access is restricted exclusively to reservation staff and used solely for managing the reservation and communicating future promotions or offers.
6. OCCUPANTS
The client may only accommodate the maximum number of guests specified in the apartment’s description and according to the booked rate.
7. CLEANING
The apartment will be delivered to the client in a clean condition. The client agrees to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food.
8. EQUIPMENT
The client agrees to leave the apartment in the same condition as found, preserving all furniture and equipment.
9. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to replace the booked apartment with another of similar or superior characteristics in cases of force majeure, such as overbooking or sudden defects discovered after the reservation. Any changes will incur no additional cost to the client.
10. GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
The client must provide a security deposit via debit or credit card prior to check-in, as specified in the reservation. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, unless damage is found to the apartment, its furniture or equipment, or in cases of excessive dirt or rubbish. Costs for restoring the apartment to its original condition will be deducted from the deposit.
11. CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations made more than 15 days prior to arrival, 100% of the payment will be refunded.

For cancellations made 15 days or less before arrival, no refund will be issued.
